In preparation of expanding the Universal Care Plan (UCP) to enable personalised care planning across London, the UCP will be hosting two webinars to discuss upcoming changes, explain their impact on current users, and provide an opportunity to address any questions. 

These will take place on:

• Wednesday 27 November: 12-1pm
• Thursday 5 December: 4-5pm
