  • Understand how digital services can be used to support patients in accessing GP practice services

  • promoting digital
  • checking current processes

Learning objectives: 

  • how to maximise opportunities for signposting, using digital means and clear language to benefit the patient and practice

Audience: 

  • front line teams responding to patient enquiries
