Supporting Vulnerable Patients: Using Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flags

Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flags (RADFs) help identify and support patients who may face barriers to accessing care.

While not yet a national requirement, their use is being actively encouraged to improve access and outcomes.

This session covers what RADFs are, why they matter, how to use the available template, and how to embed them into day-to-day practice workflows.
