If you are a GPN within or approaching three years of retirement, this session will give you detailed information and access to guides / documents that will help inform your retirement decisions.

This session will help you to:

• understand your personal journey into retirement 
• appreciate the differences between the various NHS pension schemes 
• maximise your pension benefits 
• check your benefit entitlement 
• apply for your retirement benefits (including how the McCloud judgment will affect your pension calculation) 
• consider the potential options for returning to work post retirement

The trainers will also be able to answer your own specific questions during the session.
