This session is part of the Quality Improvement Programme for practice managers and staff, which will consist of six sessions. Each session will be for up to 50 delegates – attendees can pick which session (or sessions) they would like to attend. Please note, each session must be booked separately.

This workshop will focus on creating partnerships and collaborations with other practices and providers in the local health and social care system. This session will look at how Practice Managers in the same locality can work together and share expertise. There will be examples of how other practices are collaborating across the country and saving practice managers time and money and the group will be given tasks to test capability and readiness.
