The Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation education event build on the long term conditions work in Camden and included an introduction to the new Atrial Fibrillation LCS. The sessions focused on key challenges faced in the management of these conditions in primary care and was delivered by Dr Neel Gupta (GP Lead for Heart Failure), Dr Simon Woldman (UCLH Lead Heart Failure Consultant), Dr Lance Saker (GP Lead for Long Term Conditions), Dr Anja Drebes (Consultant Haematologist, RFH) and Dr Fakhar Khan (Consultant Cardiologist, UCLH).
