Three paediatric asthma education/training sessions have been arranged for primary care staff working in Islington practices.

The same session will be delivered three times, so please only join one. All three sessions will be delivered online and are borough-wide: there will be a mix of practices at each session, so you can choose whether your team joins the same session, or split your team between sessions.

Practices can claim backfill via the Islington Practice Tutor Scheme. Contact Islington Training Hub for more information on how to claim.

The session will cover general updates, inhaler technique, and tier 2 competencies which is the required level for all practitioners treating asthma in primary care, as per the new NCL LTC LCS.
