Workshop three

• Developing your confidence as a supervisor: emotional Intelligence skills and myth-busting common misconceptions

Participants will engage in discussions, share their practice approaches towards implementing change and learn from case studies informed by practice feedback collected throughout the programme. There will also be time to recap on key themes from previous workshops. These are designed to help practices improve their team’s skills and support clinical supervision. 

Participation is particularly welcome from newly qualified staff and staff new to general practice.  

Financial support of up to £300 is available for practices attending each workshop.
