NCL Health Equity Community of Practice: Trauma-Informed Care and Using TRiM Approach

This month’s NCL Health Equity COP meeting will be led by Aaron Beeney, TRiM Practitioner at Pentonville Prison, with Dr Punit Sandhu, NCL Health Equity Clinical Lead.

It will explore the Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) approach which can benefit organisations whose staff are more likely to face potentially traumatic situations.

COP meetings are open to all primary care professionals who work with deprived or underserved communities.

They provide an opportunity to explore topics and issues that colleagues experience on a daily basis, and a safe forum to share common barriers and challenges in delivering care to deprived communities.
