Join the upcoming NCL Facilitation Skills workshop to build confidence to lead small groups and multi-professional teams effectively in primary care in a safe and supportive environment.

Gain the skills to: 

• facilitate small groups using active, inclusive approaches 
• encourage collaboration and shared ownership 
• communicate clearly and listen actively 
• chair meetings confidently and overcome challenges to keeping groups  
• contribute to effective neighbourhood‑level teamwork.

This in-person workshop is free to attend for all primary care roles who lead, or are preparing to lead, small teams within and across organisations and neighbourhoods.

This workshop will be repeated later in the year (Autumn 2026). If you are unable to attend this session you can instead register your interest for the future session by completing the form.
