To support Enfield practices with the implementation of the Long-Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service, NCL Training Hub have organised drop-in sessions to provide clinical staff with support to implement stages in the LTC Model of Care.

This drop-in session is aimed at all clinicians who will be performing check and test appointments and cover:
