Our National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) provider, Living Well Taking Control, is running a lunch & learn webinar on 12 December 2023 from 12.30 to 13.15pm to give surgeries in NCL an overview of the service, and how to refer patients onto it. Join the Lunch and Learn webinar using this link 
 
As you know, Diabetes is one of the prevalent conditions in Camden, and the NDPP programme uses an evidence-based and behaviour-change approach to prevent diabetes in at-risk patients.
