Diabetes education sessions are part of the long-term condition (LTC) LCS. All healthcare professionals in Islington practices are eligible to attend these sessions.

Please email Nicola Sage in the Islington Primary Care Team at pbc.secure@nhs.net to book your practice in for a session. The next dates available are listed below. 

To get the most out of the sessions, it would be best for a number of colleagues to join from your practice, rather than just one or two. If you are the only member of staff from your practice who would like to join a session, then please email Nicola as we may be able to link you up with another practice’s session. 

All sessions will be delivered online and will run from 2-3.30pm or 2.30-4pm.
