Diabetes education sessions are part of the support available to help Islington practices achieve the conditions of the Long Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service (LTC LCS).  These sessions will continue to be on offer to Islington practices throughout 2023-24. All healthcare professionals in Islington practices are eligible to attend these sessions.

Sessions will take place between 2-3.30pm on the following dates: 

• Tuesday 5 September 2023
• Wednesday 18 October 2023
• Tuesday 7 November 2023
• Tuesday 5 December 2023
• Tuesday 23 January 2024
• Tuesday 27 February 2024
• Tuesday 26 March 2024.

Please note: These sessions are for whole practice teams (of around five or more colleagues), so please ensure that your practice team can join the session before emailing. If you are the only member of staff from your practice who would like to join a session, please let Nicola know as it may be possible to link you up with another practice’s session.
