This Multi-Professional Educator Group (MPEG) workshop is open to all educators and/or Primary Care managers with supervision responsibilities and will provide theory and practice about how we can listen to and support colleagues when they are feeling stuck with a thorny issue, whether it’s educational or professional.  

Islington’s MPEG would encourage you to bring along some case studies to unpick with colleagues in a safe and confidential space and take back skills and techniques to try in your workplaces! 

Approaches to delivering effective supervision will be further explored and put into practice at the face-to-face Islington MPEG workshop in March as part of the NCL Supervision Support Programme.
