The NCL Training Hub invites you to a session focused on helping practices across NCL establish and manage their Patient Participation Groups (PPGs). Led by experienced practice managers, the session will cover various topics, including getting started, growing membership, engaging with the community, and involving patients as health champions, with time for questions.

By the end of this session, you will:

• learn how to set up and establish a PPG in your practice
• understand the different types of PPGs that exist
• discover ways to engage with your patient community to ensure your PPG is diverse and representative
• get helpful tips on creating agendas for PPG meetings and acting on patient feedback
