Understanding local demand and capacity is key to establishing and improving general practice access systems.

Healthy London Partnership's (HLP) Time for Care Access Improvement Programme team is running a series of three free 90-minute practical and interactive webinars to support general practice staff across London understand their demand and capacity.

Starting from an introductory level and valuable for the whole general practice team, PCN CDs and commissioners, it is expected that delegates who register will attend the series.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the series participants will be able to:

• Understand the differences between demand, capacity, and variation
• Use real data to look for patterns and generate ideas for improvements
• Identify what to consider when designing services around need rather than capacity
