These teaching sessions provide free type 1 CPD to all Physician Associates across the Greater London area. The teaching will encompass a variety of commonly diagnosed illnesses and conditions which are also covered by the Physician Associate Curriculum. The goal is to recap the largest domains in the Physician Associate national exam (PANE).

These events will be beneficial to qualified PAs (primary and secondary care), those approaching their recertification exam and those who are looking to maintain or broaden their clinical experience. 

This teaching will be supported by the London Physician Associate Ambassador (PAA) program, HEE. Each teaching session will be “hosted” by an NHS trust. The teaching and delivery of content will be provided by the host organisation and guest faculty. 

To ensure consistency and to quality assure the education provided, each education day will have: 

• four hours of teaching (X4 CPD) 
• teaching sessions including some case-based discussions and audience participation (Mentimeter, questions, surveys, etc.) 
• speakers with appropriate experience, such as doctors and PAs

Sessions will be delivered either in person, online or a mix of both. The decision will be taken by the host organisation.
