The Fundamentals of Change and Improvement Programme, provided by NHS England's Primary Care Transformation Team, is an accredited, practical programme held over two sessions. It provides an in-depth introduction to quality improvement for those in general practices and primary care networks.

Participants should ensure that they read the programme information before applying and should bring a small, specific problem or issue to work on.
