NCL ICB is running e-RS workshops with a focus on GP/referrer worklists on the following dates:

• Wednesday 23 November, 12-1pm
• Thursday 24 November 1-2pm.

The sessions will include a 30-minute demonstration by an e-RS Subject Matter Expert at NHS Digital. This will be followed by a Q&A session, lasting approximately 20 minutes, where you will be able to ask questions and raise any local worklist related issues that have arisen at your practice.

An outline of the demonstration is as follows:

• orientation of the worklist tab
• rejected/triage response (the team will be stressing the importance of this worklist)
• letter outstanding 
• incomplete
• advice and guidance
• assessment returned/cancelled/DNA
• awaiting booking.
