DOACs Training Session 28 September

Please note that you only need to attend one session; these are not a series. Any perceived duplicate bookings will be cancelled by the CCG to allow space for other practices, so please ensure to enter the correct attendee name on your booking There is a limit of 25 spaces for each session, therefore we ask that practices send only one attendee initially. The top fifteen practices with a larger ageing population will be permitted two places* You may already have booked on to the event for these sessions on EventBrite. However, as these are now being advertised exclusively on the GP website, you will have received a cancellation of this order and will need to re-book onto one of these events instead. *Practices permitted two places are: Adelaide Medical Centre, Ampthill Practice, Brondesbury Medical Centre, Caversham Group Practice, Cholmley Gardens Surgery, Hampstead Group Practice, James Wigg Group Practice, Keats Group Practice, Park End Surgery, Parliament Hill Medical Centre, Primrose Hill Surgery, Prince of Wales Group Practice, Swiss Cottage Surgery, The Abbey Medical Centre and West Hampstead Medical Centre
