This masterclass has been arranged to support NCL practices achieve the Investment and Impact Fund (IIF) indicators that are related to the safe prescribing and monitoring of direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs).

The training will cover:

• practical consideration to safely initiate DOACs
• support with the safe switching of DOACs 
• support with the safe monitoring of anticoagulants in primary care.
