We are pleased to invite you to a show & tell webinar, hosted in collaboration with Redmoor Health to highlight the benefits of the Digital Journey Planner.  
  
You may have already heard about the Digital Journey Planner tool from the National primary care bulletin, but we are aware that there has been some hesitancy in using it. With that in mind, we will be joined by experts from Redmoor Health who will talk about how the Planner can help you:

• Form a baseline of your current digital maturity
• Provide guidance on where gaps can be filled to support service improvement
• Support working collaboratively as a team to maximise resources. 

We will also be joined by Dr Zuhaib Keekeebhai, Clinical Lead for North Central London, who will show you how he and his team are using the Digital Journey Planner in his PCN.  
  
There will be an opportunity at the end of the webinar to ask Zuhaib and the Redmoor team questions you may have using the Planner, and the session will be recorded for future reference.
