This Enfield Multi-Professional Educator Group (MEPG) workshop focuses on fostering constructive and supportive environments within clinical supervision settings to support multidisciplinary team working in general practice and will explore the following concepts:

• Define teams vs. groups
• Address unconscious biases in teams
• Explore levels of participation and significance of team roles
• Lencioni's Triangle — understanding team challenges and how to create a cohesive team

Themes around teaming will be further explored and put into practice at the face-to-face Enfield MPEG workshop in March as part of the NCL Supervision Support Programme
