This one-day face-to-face phlebotomy course with practical demonstrations on venepuncture and cannulation will cover:

• understanding legal considerations such as consent
• improving venous access
• managing anxious patients
• infection prevention including non-touch aseptic technique
• equipment choice.

It is suitable for both beginners and non-beginners.
