The program will run once a month and cover key topics about Urgent Care Planning. All training sessions will be given by experts in their fields.

The first in the series is advance care planning and end of life care in dementia given by Dr Karen Harrison Dening, Head of Research and Publications at Dementia UK and Professor of Dementia Nursing at De Montfort University, Leicester.
