Register now to sign up to our Year of Care / Care Planning training session. This will consist of 2x morning sessions and will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. Participants must attend both sessions to complete the training and will receive backfill, based on their attendance at both sessions.

About the training:
The session aims to enable practitioners to establish and develop care planning for patients in Islington and provide an opportunity to ask any questions regarding its implementation. 
All healthcare professionals are eligible to attend the training.
