Dr Sinan Malley, a GP ST2 trainee, will present the findings of a recent survey around career intentions of GP trainees in the Barnet GP Training Scheme. He will explore the factors influencing trainees' future career plans, what they value when looking for a GP practice, and the trainees' perspectives on GP training and beyond.

Barnet Training Hub also welcomes Amina Ali, NCL Pharmacy Ambassador, to find out about the support she offers to pharmacists working in primary care.
