All primary care staff are invited to join this Multi-Professional Educator Group (MPEG) session.

Developed by the NCL Education Faculty, with support from subject experts, it explores the importance of valuing neurodiversity and difference in all trainees, staff members and teams.

Session aims include:

• celebrating diversity 
• recap: protected characteristics and intersectionality
• understanding the expectations of organisations
• recognising neurodivergent conditions
• supporting and signposting supervisees and colleagues 

How can MPEGs support you?

• the forum supports all roles who oversee, train and support colleagues in their daily responsibilities without formal educator/supervision training.
• free workshops are available to grow confidence and professional development. 
• a positive learning environment to share challenges and experiences related to supervision through case-based learning to manage risk and uncertainty together.
• peer support forum to share resources and build consensus on effective clinical supervision for multi-disciplinary teams.
