Facilitated by Dr John Launer, the February 2024 Barnet Educators Peer Support Forum will focus on 'The Meaning of Interprofessional Learning.'

Barnet educators are invited to join this peer support group to engage in facilitated activities that:

• explore strategies that contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
• promote a culture of safety – with practical tips on risk identification and resolution.
• provides peer derived coaching on how to overcome challenges.
• encourages sharing of good practice and new ways of working to improve the quality and safety of supervision
