Active Signposting Training

Training will focus on Active Signposting incorporating Red Flag Triage and Customer Care/ Conflict Resolution Training. 

Active Signposting is defined by the NHS as “providing patients with a first point of contact, which directs them to the most appropriate source of help”.

Active Signposting is the first module listed under ‘The NHS GPFV 10 High Impact Actions’ that aim to release time for general practice staff. 

Sepsis training (CQC requirement) will also be provided.
