Diabetes education sessions are part of the Islington Long-Term Condition (LTC) LCS. All healthcare professionals in Islington practices are eligible to attend these sessions.

Email Nicola Sage in the Islington Primary Care Team at pbc.secure@nhs.net to book your practice in for a session.

Sessions will run from 2-3.30pm on the following dates:

• Tuesday 24 January
• Tuesday 7 March
• Tuesday 25 April
• Wednesday 31 May
• Tuesday 4 July.

To get the most out of the sessions, it is best for a practice team/a number of colleagues to join the session together, rather than just one or two.

If you are the only member of staff from your practice who would like to sign up, please try to form a group from within your PCN or email Nicola as she may be able to link you up with another practice’s session.
