Learning Disabilities DES Training for Barnet GPs

The Barnet Learning Disabilities team is offering virtual directed enhanced service (DES) training for GPs in the borough.

The team will be producing a self-learning training package for participants and asks that those planning on attending complete the survey on the last page of the slides as this will inform the live Q&A sessions.  

The Q&A sessions will be held on MS Teams and will include discussions of the hot topics and an opportunity to ask any questions you may still have after the training.

A certificate of attendance will be provided after the live session has been completed and feedback has been received. 

There will be three live sessions over the coming months with small groups to allow for maximum participation and group discussion:

  • Thursday 24 November, 2-3.30pm
  • Thursday 15 December 2-3.30pm
  • Thursday 9 February, 2-3.30pm.

Numbers will be limited to 15 places per session so it is recommended that those interested book in early.
