The aim of this event is to educate local practices and clinical staff on current issues facing homelessness within the borough and to raise awareness and share useful tools and contacts to support homelessness in Camden. 

Please note that it is mandatory for one clinical lead representative to attend from each practice. This is optional for one practice nurses but recommended. 

• Clinical Lead: £250 paid per practice 
• Practice Nurse: £140 paid per practice

Each representative is required to register for this event.
