SunQuest ICE is an order system linked through EMIS Web that is used by practices in Haringey and Islington when submitting pathology orders to Whittington Health.

Pathology orders made through SunQuest ICE are sent electronically to the laboratory, which reduces manual data entry to improve patient safety.

Review is a results look-up system linked to SunQuest ICE which allows GPs to view patients' results from GP and hospital visits.

Adding new staff to SunQuest ICE

To add new staff to SunQuest ICE, complete the SunQuest ICE new user request form (see sidebar) and provide the following information:

• user's full name, position, GMP number* and GMC number (if applicable)
• practice name and ODS/NACS code
• practice manager's name, email address and phone number.

*GMP numbers can be found on the NHS Digital ODS website (see sidebar).

The completed form should then be sent to whh-tr.PatientSystemsWhittHealth@nhs.net

Please note: Practices should not re-request log-ins for staff that have already been issued with one as this causes problems with duplicate usernames. Practices should only submit a request for the new user, not the full list of their staff.
