WNL GP Webinar: Safety, resilience and responding to hate crime

NCL Wide

On 14 May, the West and North London Integrated Care Board (ICB) hosted a webinar on Safety, Resilience and Responding to Hate Crime in response to recent incidents affecting communities across the region and concerns raised by GP practices about staff safety and wellbeing.

Delivered in partnership with the ICB Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team, the session explored key challenges facing primary care, including violence and aggression, knife crime risks, antisemitic abuse, police responsiveness, and the complexities of maintaining safety in open-access healthcare settings.

A recording of the webinar is available. Request access to view it, and you will receive an automatic notification once your request has been approved.

The NCL Worforce Race Equality Standard and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team is actively working to provide support and training for all NCL primary care staff.
