A recent Cerner EPR code upgrade was affecting GP discharge summaries coming from Royal Free London (RFL). The trust has advised NCL ICB that the problem is now resolved.

The problem involved a change in the formatting of the discharge summary medication table (to take away/TTA) that made them difficult to read (see below).

As a mitigation, nursing staff were printing a draft version to give to patients which formatted correctly.
