UCLH advice & guidance service for insomnia in adults

NCL Wide

The Insomnia and Behavioural Sleep Medicine clinic at University College London Hospital (UCLH) has launched an advice and guidance service, accessible via the e-referrals system.

The service can be used for help with:

  • first-line and interim pharmacological and behavioural management advice for insomnia and other behavioural sleep disorders, for patients not already under the care of the service
  • assistance with referral decisions.

The service is receiving an ever increasing number of referrals, and waiting times are growing correspondingly. The use of advice and guidance to aid timely first-line management is encouraged.

Further information on the service description and scope, and how to refer, is available on the service website
