Royal Free London would like to remind referrers of the following details for e-RS urgent suspected cancer (USC, formerly known as two-week wait) pathways for urology subspecialties.

Please ensure the following when referring.

• Referrals to the 2WW urgent suspected cancer (USC) prostate pathway must include the PAN London referral form at the time of referral, not retrospectively.
• For patients with haematuria symptoms in addition to prostate concerns, submit a separate referral for the haematuria pathway.

Please ensure you select the correct target pathway when submitting referrals.
