The NHS App Toolkit has been recently updated and provides a range of ready-made resources to promote the NHS App to patients. Resources include posters, digital images, walk-through videos, message templates and other communications materials that can be used across practice websites, waiting rooms, social media and patient communications. 

The toolkit includes dedicated promotional packs covering some of the NHS App’s most popular features, including repeat prescriptions, test results, appointments, hospital appointments, and messaging. A general promotional pack is also available, containing patient leaflets, a pull-up banner and Teams backgrounds. 

Practices and primary care networks planning NHS App drop-in sessions can also access promotional materials and guidance to support volunteers helping patients get started with and use the NHS App.
