From 13 May 2026, London Care Record (LCR) users will be able to access the clinical correspondence and diagnostic reports from University College London Hospital directly within LCR.

This new update will make it easier for clinicians and care teams to find and review key patient information in one place.

The new content will be available to view through existing LCR widgets, ensuring a familiar and consistent user experience. 

The following reports will be available:

• Cellular pathology widget
  • cellular pathology, laboratory, neuropathology and Specialist Integrated Haematological Malignancy Diagnostic Service (SIHMDS) reports
• Clinical correspondence widget
  • clinical letters
  • emergency department (ED) discharge summaries
  • inpatient discharge summaries
• Miscellaneous reports widget
  • cardiac (electrocardiogram (ECG), telemetry, Holter)
  • neurology and neurophysiology (electroencephalogram (EEG), neurogenetics, autonomic)
  • audiology and vestibular investigations
  • respiratory and sleep studies 
• Radiology widget
  • imaging, nuclear medicine, electromyography (EMG) / nerve conduction studies (NCS) / evoked potentials (EP) and viewpoint reports.
