ICB decommissions Citizen Space survey tool

NCL Wide

West and North London Integrated Care Board is in the process of developing its Involvement Strategy and bringing together the best of both approaches from the legacy ICBs. Both organisations have used different platforms, however, a single platform will be procured for the new ICB. As such, some possible changes to the current tools and platforms are anticipated.

For those planning to survey ICB staff or external professionals, the use of Microsoft forms is recommended, as this is already included within the existing package and does not have a cut-off date.

Colleagues within north central London (NCL) will have worked with Martin Emery over the years and may have used the Citizen Space platform. NCL will contuine to have access to Citizen Space until Friday 14 August.

The ICB will work with Citizen Space to review the data held, ensuring that all data gathered from within the last seven years is downloaded and securely stored. Any data older than seven years will have been deleted in line with our retention policy.

Colleagues planning to undertake a resident survey in the coming months are advised to contact the Communication and Involvement team at nclicb.communciations@nhs.net so they can advise.

Expiry date: Friday, 14 August 2026
