West and North London Primary Care Team request practices to update their practice website as soon as possible to reflect the recent changes to the Camden Bridging Access Service (BAS), helping to minimise patient confusion and enquiries.

As previously communicated, the service has been delivered by Camden Health Partners (CHP) since 1 July 2026. There are no changes to how patients access the service, however the information on your website should be updated to reflect the changes.
