The North Central London (NCL) Cancer Alliance is asking healthcare professionals in NCL to complete a survey on the role of physical activity in the cancer pathway.

The survey includes 12 short questions and should take about five minutes. The alliance is conducting this survey to better understand what interventions (or offers of brief behaviour change) are being offered to support people with cancer to increase any form of physical activity. The results will be used to develop an improvement plan for physical activity for those with cancer in NCL.
