This session will focus on models for the delivery of Stopping Over Medication of People (STOMP) with a learning disability and autistic people.

The South East London STOMP clinic team will share their experience of working in primary care, including how the service was set up and how similar approaches could be delivered as a quality improvement programme in GP practices and other settings.
