Camden CCG GP Membership Summit

At this membership summit, you will be invited to input into the design and development of an integrated model of primary and community care for Camden.

Lunch is not provided. Advance registration is essential for all attendees.

Membership Summit (afternoon)

1.30pm, Wednesday 7 November 2018

Through a series of discussions and interactive exercises we will work together to define the actions required to develop and implement the model from a GP/primary care perspective.

Camden Council and community provider colleagues will join us to provide insight for particular agenda items.

 

Backfill

This backfill is for Camden Practices only.
£100 an hour for ONE GP PER PRACTICE ONLY.
£50 an hour for ONE PRACTICE MANAGER PER PRACTICE ONLY.

Additional practice attendees are welcome to attend but are not eligible for backfill.
