NMUH update: Final report on unsent clinic outcome letters in July/August 2023

An incident at North Middlesex University Hospital (NMUH) involving the non-dispatch of 8,205 outpatient clinic outcome letters during July and August 2023 was declared a serious incident.

NMUH wishes to express regret for any inconvenience and to assure practices that corrective measures are now in place to prevent similar incidents in the future.
