For women experiencing domestic abuse or family, friends, professionals, and others calling on their behalf.

Staffed 24/7 by expert, trained female staff and volunteers. All calls are confidential. Translation available in multiple languages, as well as BSL (BSL interpreters via website, Mon-Fri 10am-6pm).

  • provide information on legal, welfare and housing rights
  • online crisis and safety planning
  • emotional support and refer to counselling services

How to refer

Self-referral

Patients can call the 24-hour freephone helpline (free from mobile and landline). 

Alternatively, they can use the webchat Monday to Friday, 3pm-10pm.
