Let’s Talk IAPT is a psychological therapy service offering support for a range of common mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • aged 16+ and lives in/registered with a GP in Barnet, Enfield or Haringey.

Exclusions

  • drug and alcohol problems
  • those posing a significant risk to self/others and those with complex and severe mental illness should be referred to the appropriate specialist mental health team.
