Help on Your Doorstep

Self-directed referrals are appropriate for this service. Direct patients to the provider website (see below) for further information.

Help on Your Doorstep (HOYD) aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Islington, especially those who are vulnerable and isolated. By identifying people who may be at risk, the service provides early support to prevent the need for later crisis interventions. It works in partnership with other voluntary and public services working in Islington and aims to connect people to the help that is available to them.

They can help with a wide range of issues, including:

  • children, young people and families including family support and youth or play activities
